Minimum Licence to fly a 11,000 kg aircraft PVT Ops
Arguing with a friend about the requirements to fly an 11,000 kg aircraft, such as a DC-3 in a private operation.

PPL with ME class rating

DC-3 type rating

Mult-crew endorsement

Class 2 medical.
