Pretty sure GCI-LHR would work on point to point alone to be fair, just make sure there's a LHR premium charged to make sure the margin are possible. Self connecting is becoming more popular, any code share would be a plus, but I suspect the local market would be strong on it's own. It would however likely cannibalise LGW to some extent.
