Finally I went there for WDL, again passing the BQ, the sim assessment (in August), and now I’m still waiting to be called for the CQ, and I’m not even sure if it’s gonna happen...

Interpersonal is absolutely useless.
I’ve been there 6 times this year, passing the CQ for both Anisec & Eurowings. I thought the process was nice and all, but I think both companies overestimated their need for pilots...
