I get the need for secrecy surrounding certain aspects of the process but what I can't get behind is when you're far enough along in the process and all these announcements are being made on social media and on new intakes - why can't they confirm any of it when you contact them on the phone? It just seems out of order when people have spouses and families to consider and lives to plan. At least give an indication of when the PFO decision will be made.
