If they pool together +50 pilots that meet all the prerequisites, took time off and traveled at their own expense to the assessment the least I'd expect is a little bit of information.
Why not give information regarding offers, course dates, scheduling, benefits, intake numbers? You seem to forget that assessment or interview is as much an opportunity for the candidate to sell themselves as it is for the company to do the same.
As for complaining about not typing in Spanish, the name of this thread is Vueling 2019 a company which does Not require Spanish. At no point in the assessment did they present bilingual slides let alone even speak in Spanish.
Perhaps this would be better suited in interviews board because Vueling, once again, is not a Spanish speaking company anymore.
Hawker400, no queramos evadirnos del tema que se aborda, por el interés que te mueve. Que Vueling no exija el castellano( algo que podríais agradecer, ya que eso es lo único al parecer que os mueve a poder aplicar, porque el resto son solo quejas..) no tiene nada que ver con que este foro se llame " Spanish Forum " donde si te molestas en mirar el resto de posts, en todos ellos se emplea el castellano, como es lógico.
Otra cosa es que se llamara " Vueling Forum " y aún así tampoco implicaría que se hablara en inglés, ya que mientras se demuestre lo contrario, y alguno le pese como a elmensajero(que ya me extrañaba que no entrara desde hace tiempo) la compañía Vueling sigue estando localizada en Territorio Español.
Insisto, por analogía, echad un vistazo al post " Air Dolomiti...." en Italian Forum y demostradme en qué porcentaje de intervención el tema se trata en inglés.
