Not quite. The amended FCL.940.FI(a) and (b) requirements both refer to 'instructor refresher training as an FI at an ATO or at the competent authority'. The forthcoming AMC1 FCL.940.FI(a)(2) will state that this refresher training should be a 2 day seminar. So no significant change, just editorial correction.
