Same situation for me. MCC is 32 bit software and Catalina is a 64 bit OS. I can't see a workaround for this as far as I can see.
Have you tried setting up a virtual machine? I don't use a macOS system myself but I do believe there is some software that makes setting up a VM fairly easy and you could try running it through that VM.
