It's The Predictive Index, nothing really hard from what I have seen, you can find some examples with Google and on YouTube. And they are not giving a feedback about it either.
They send it before phase one, but it seems it's needed for phase two. Just do it as soon as you can, it won't take more than 20 minutes.
Anyway, none of my simulator assessment group has received a feedback yet.
I've been told it can take up to one month in some cases!

I see that you are NTR, have you looked at any providers and gotten quotes for the rating and any financing options?
This will be the most limiting factor for me and I know few years ago RYR asked point blank "How will you afford the type rating? "
Wonder if they'll do same at Vueling.
