I seriously doubt an Expat FO has been able to upgrade in just over 3 years, let alone EVER at JJP. Don’t give false hopes of ever upgrading to Expats heading there because even just passing FO training there is against the odds.

How about sharing all the recent Initial Pass/Fail Rates for Expat Captain’s and FO’s? My guess is around 30%, and that is being generous.

All airframes being utilized? Honto? So are there not any planes consistently parked over by the hangars near the 34L? How about all the Flight cancellations due to shortage of pilots?
