An Arrow registered in any EASA state should be classed as "ELA1", the UK explanation of those rules are here.

You will find that the rules are *not* set in stone, as under the present CAMO system, the maintenance organisation have flexibility to set the maintenance requirements according to the useage of the aeroplane. This has been abused by some CAMOs who are also the maintainers, in interpreting things to their own best financial advantage, but most are pretty honest.
Previously however, the rule was in a CAA document called "LAMS" which is a lot easier to understand, and pretty much what still goes on - I don't know of a source of that online any more, but somebody else may be able to help.
