The facts that I’m aware of is that the US crews stay at various hotels in the area including The Park in Kilmarnock, The Carlton in Prestwick, the Marine in Troon and The Hilton in Glasgow. There are probably others and, yes, possibly even Turnberry. I said it was a non story because the US Military having been using PIK for 70+ years for fuel stops and crew stop overs - whether it’s a complete lie or not I have no idea and don’t particularly care
