Maybe this is a UK only problem?
In Germany there is still a high demand of FIs.
I am myself the Head of Training of a big german ATO.
We pay 60k Euro plus for qualified instructors (CPL/ IR / CRI MEP).

Are we talking about the UK only or do you see it as a European problem?
