Actually more then that and yes they do also fly to the continent as well

ERJ not a bad A/C

Flying to unique Airfields, developing your multi crew skills with a company that’s expanding not a bad position to be in!

T/R payed for with a bond.

Still a lot of companies out there looking for Pilots who pay very well and treat you well!

However the Selection process is a lot more difficult then RYR

Such as the Lufthansa DLR

Mollymawks for SunExpress, CargoLux etc

Also, the BQ by interpersonal

Word of advice - Be humble, not everyone wants the same thing you want.
