Understanding the NOTAM lingo in your home turf is not always a problem, but the number of NOTAMs and how they are made available is the problem.
RAPACs have made repeated requests that NAIPS make available NOTAMs according to the airspace you are going to use (eg: G D Below A100 ) so you are drowned in the NOTAMS captial city airports etc. The response is that Airservices IT system/s cannot cope with such a change...... ! I don't think they want to do it, having put so many staff off to save money..... what about safety??
