Still don't understand what you mean..
If you pass now you're in a pool..
If you apply in one year you will be behind all people doing assessments these months (if they go on).
And also waiting months to apply without working proves you do not really need a job.

And this Also being that optimistic considering you'll pass 100%.. I was not that confident when I applied..anyway everybody is free to do what he considers the best for himself, this is why this world is still cool.
