Imagine having access to that data as a passenger when the flight deck crew have made a PA announcement about the 45 minute delay “due to ATC” when you know it’s because the catering is still attached and the 250 bags had only just arrived for loading (happened only yesterday when I’d already been told by colleagues in the Tower via WhatsApp that there was no CTOT but the airline had just sent a DLA!).
