thank you. I understand
I don't, I'm afraid. The Manx2 accident was a non-AOC holder - a virtual airline - leasing in aircraft over which it then exercised a degree of operational control. To lease in an aircraft from another AOC holder, an airline has to satisfy itself and the CAA that an equivalent standard of safety is being maintained. This goes for Thomas Cook leasing in from Smartlynx and Avion, easyJet doing the same, Flybe leasing from Nordica, Logan leasing from this airline and so on. It's a wholly different kettle of fish to the Manx2 accident, and I don't see the relevance of raising that?
