It's hard to keep up with the changing plans - there are lots of contradictory options in the consultation documents - but the main parking locations planned appear to be:
a series of new multi-storey car parks off the Southern Perimeter Road
car parks just to the south of the M4, on either side of the spur
a car park under the eastern half of the new runway (!)
It's not clear how all this new parking squares with Heathrow's declared objective of getting a much larger modal share of passengers out of their cars and onto public transport.
