Hop recently retired the last 4 ATR42-500’s from there fleet. It was mentioned in a earlier post that the delay in adding the ATR’s to the fleet was due to the delay in the confirmation of the Royal Mail contract. Does this mean that the ATR’s are replacing the SF3 freighters?. As the oldest of these is nearly 33 years old.

Hop currently operate only one 500 series ATR72, the rest are 600 series aircraft. The 1 500 series aircraft is 17 years old.
