Hello!
There have been conuntless attempts to establish such a website over the years. By internet communities such as this one, by individuals and by pilot magazines. Some vanished quickly, others exist but are hardly noticed. I think the user base is much to small and we have all too different tastes and interests. I see that every time we struggle to decide on what to eat and what to go see with just one other guy...
But hey, why not try it once again. I will be happy to contribute (just as I did in the past).

NB: To my knowledge the most well established and longest running such site is the "100 Dollar Hamburger". But it cavers the United States only and they charge a (small) subscription fee:
