Interpersonnal is giving the impression they have been running recruitments with no actual positions to fill. The problem is that, by lack of transparency in the process, Interpersonnal is giving a fairly bad image of the airline it represents. It gives an impression of total disorganisation at best, spoof recruitment at worse.
Ryanair, EasyJet, Wizzair, Vueling make the whole selection process in 1 or 2 consecutive days at most. It shows efficiency and professionnalism and it works.
Conducting unecessary lengthy recruitment processes does not attract and select higher calibre candidates.
Bearing in mind that Interpersonnal is nothing more that a recruitment agency, one can only wonder if they have not been just trying to justify their very existence. At the end of the day, it is the very essence of their business without which they wouldn't get the money.
At RYR you pay 400 Euro for the screening alone. Put on top your travel costs and accommodation. And now tell me what's more fair, IP or RYR?
