No. Max is a Frankenstein of a plane with questionable certification process and any future crash (and those do happen) may cost airlines operating the type a lot more than the savings. And imagine if a Ryanair Max crashed for some reason (statistically this may happen one day as they cannot operate 500 planes for tens of years without any)
Oh it will be certified beyond belief and doubt they will be flying for Ryanair before next summer such will the going over occur.
There will be huge amounts of SIM time for anybody flying it.
