Nothing to do with shares. The business can survive despite what shares are at. The airline is due to be sold. Today (Tues 21st) was the deadline for the airline to be sold. It should be revealed shortly.
Heard the sale of the airline is being complicated by the engineering division which may or may not be wanted by a new owner
