Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia is a growing business that provides helicopter Search and Rescue, Emergency Medical Services, Air Ambulance, Passenger Transport, Marine Pilot Transfer, Surveillance and Defence Support operations across Australia.



An opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated Rescue Crew Officer to fulfil a position at our Rockhampton Base. Part of the Flying Operations Team, this business critical role will conduct rotary wing EMS, Search and Rescue and Emergency Services operations to support our services to Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Services operations.


To be considered in the role you will need to possess as a minimum the following qualifications and experience:

CASA Class 1 Medical
Provide First Aid Certification with Advanced Resuscitation
Helicopter Underwater Escape Training – HUET
Bronze medallion
Ability to pass and maintain rescue crew fitness assessment requirements
This is a fixed base position requiring the successful applicant to reside in Rockhampton.
