April marks the first anniversary of the official start of the Dart project between the railway station and the terminal. The Dart route is being dug out through the approach lights to runway 08. A signature bridge will cross the airport approach road at this point

Work on the construction site for the steelwork for the bridge has seen foundations being laid to support the bridge. Once complete it will be transported to its final location.
Meanwhile by Taxiway Bravo the path of the route can clearly be seen.
Work has started on the construction to temporarily move Taxiway Bravo to the edge of the existing road tunnel
The lift shafts for the second multistory are going in
The multistory has now reached its southern edge but is still to be made wider as it will butt up to the road when complete. Concrete is now being poured in some sections.
Work continues on the new parallel taxiway and de-icing pads.
