If, as Wikipedia suggest, Flybe have 6 195s and 11 175s to withdraw out of a fleet of 71 aeroplanes by the end of the year I would guess there won't be a pilot shortage for long and there will be quite a few routes being chopped, unless there are more Q400s coming? Are they really going to shrink by 20%? I wonder which routes are at risk?
edit in light of better information
it appears 6 195s and 4 175s to go so 10 out of 71 planes departing, 14%. quiet a sizeable reduction so possibly a reduction in number of back room and front line staff as well as a fair few routes probably going? not good news at all. Anyone know where the 7 remaining 175 are likely to be used?
