Letter of Intention to Acquire Jet Airways, restructure, rebrand, and restore Jet Airways into a 5 star airline.
Dear Board of Directors at Jet Airways, Etihad Airways, State Bank of India, and Punjub National Bank, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Prime Minister Theresa May,
Atmosphere Intercontinental Airlines UK PVT LTD is a startup with a 5 year business plan for a premium full service airline to base at London Stansted airport, our board of directors has been exploring the option of purchasing and rebranding, restructuring an existing airline/airlines to restore into a profitable airline that will secure existing jobs, and create jobs in the aviation sector. As we fast head towards Brexit in the UK we wish to support business growth and creation, we have monitored with interest the Jet Airways situation unfold as it has done, our belief is the airline can be restored, with the assistance of all present shareholders, especially, Etihad Airways, our business plan and brand was inspired by Etihad Airways, and the gaps we can see in the market, and therefore my/our request is to be considered as shareholders, within Jet Airways, we have intentions to introduce our brand within the UK market as well as India, Thailand and UAE, Dubai, starting with direct routes, between London Stansted, Bangkok, Mumbai, Delhi and Abu Dhabi.
We have a team of highly skilled aviation consultants who are advising our board of directors and will work with us to rebrand, and restructure Jet Airways into a highly successful and profitable well respected and trusted airline once more.
