No change to TORA but if it's done right removal of penetrating obstacles (trees) from the Type A Chart will increase take-off weights and should permit more operators to use the offset departure routing to provide a significantly better obstacle environment, again further improving take-offs weights. Will be interested to see if it's enough for BEE to do something useful with their underpowered E175s.
