MEDICAL query - does anyone know or gone through the medical with a history of medical issues? I admit my health history is pretty much non-existent but in the interests of disclosure I detailed that I had been diagnosed to suffer migraines when I was a kid, some 20 years ago. I've looked everywhere to find further info on this issue in relation to Class 3 ATCO medical clearance and there doesn't appear to be specific reference to it being an issue. However I have received my medical date from NATS who inform me I may require a specialist neurological report relating to this historical issue?

Has anyone else come across this with highlighting previous medical issues or incidents?
I was asked to bring paperwork regarding my health issues when attending the medical.
The doctor at Swanwick seemed happy with what I've provided but he said that he'll speak with the CAA and they'll decide if it's enough to give me the medical certificate.
The day after my medical I received an email saying that I'll have to see a neurologist at Gatwick (waiting for the date of the appointment now).

I suggest you take whatever paperwork you've got regarding the migraines with you. It could be enough or you could be referred to a neurologist for a further review.

Hope it helps.
