Absolutely brilliant news for Stansted and a real boost for the airport. This is showing Stansted’s potential and that it can support long haul travel and is not just a low cost hub.

Emirates making better use of the aircraft with quicker turnaround times and not having the plane sitting on the ground here for a long period.
Also good to see that they will be using the newest cabin design B77W on the new flights as well shows their is a demand for the First Class product and not just Business and Economy.
Hopefully an announcement will be made shortly about the possibility of the Emirates Lounge opening in Satellite 1.
