Training bonds? Depends.
In other words, no two pilots are treated the same. This airline has the lowest wages, the worst schedules, no real benefits and a training program that is a joke by western standards.
Thanks again for your response. I just wanted to get an idea of how much lower they pay compared to other airlines.
I guess if western standards are what you are acustomed to then I don’t blame you.
For a local, I wonder if it’s even worth it for them.
But I guess lying to employees isn’t a virtue in any culture.
I just wanted to delve deeper into why they would treat 2 pilots differently. Ive heard that there are expats running the A330 show in Ceb Pac, subsequently treating Filipinos with less dignity. Not sure how that workout. But then again it’s wether or not they like you.
