Rotation depends on client operation put on, it could be 2 or 3 weeks on / off. On days off, you are expected to do your recurrent training. So you don't get your full days off when recurrent training due, which will happen a few times a year...
Unstable roster and no appreciation of crew. Company only care operation is covered. When on days off, if called. No day off payments and you will be called a lot ....
Salary / benefits below market. When client operation changes you may loose your job or sometimes take a pay cut if client decides to cut costs.....
Even with turn over of staff, nothing changes. Not a long term employer.
