Regarding the pilot training manual: It was created by some guys at CAE some time ago but discontinued. It is outdated by today which means dont plead on it as a source - however: The EMB books are lacking in depth in some parts and the PTM gives you maybe an answer to help understand things (that was also the idea of the CAE guys back then IIRC).

Also some test questions in the following link. Note that those are FAA oral questions - there is no oral for EASA guys, but it gives you an idea for the EASA test. There will be more questions provided during the ground course.
