Netjets Eu put a lot of crews off a few years back.
Ehh unless you were french or belgium thanks to your local laws yes you are right. All others were treated extremely well after 2008 including job shares etc... So agree that the local operator around the corner might be insecure but NJE is not on that list in my book!
