Flight Training

I've done my research and got a price tag of 65,000€ for PPL, inhouse ATPL theory, hour building + NVFR, MEP VFR, MEIR, CPL and MCC. The total amount of flying hours are around 210-220 and 70 sim hours. Is it a good deal?
