For a R22 Beta II the lateral arm is as follows:
PIC Seat (& baggage compartment) 10.7
PAX seat (& baggage compartment) -9.3
Multiply the weights of each person/baggage and you have your lateral moments
Those are not the lareral arm of the empty helicopter, only the arms of the seats. You'll need more info if you want a proper weight and balance calculation.
