That's because there isn't any. All the food carts got moved into undercover sites with electricity and running water, known as "hawker centers" which are regularly inspected by the health department. The Thai military government is trying to do the same thing..

If eating from food carts, look for ones with a high turnover and fresh ingredients. A quick stir fry made in front of you and served hot, or a freshly barbecued fish is a lot less risky than a lukewarm stew which has been sitting for hours.
