I have applied for WAPA.
I am from Malta. A European Union country. Can I register as a Hungarian? All it takes to achieve a Hungarian Resident Card is an address or work or study a Hungarian language course. How does this work with WAPA? I can not understand the reasoning behind offering the WAPA Program to Poland, Hungarian, Bulgaria and Romanian. Can someone explain?
As far as I know this limitation is due to legal requirements for loan issuing in different countries.
