Hello everyone,
A little insight into the APS-MCC assessment here at SKY4u in Berlin:
during your 1-day-test you may expect:
- psycholog. questionnaire
- mathematics test
- ATPL knowledge test
- psychometric testing
- assessment group exercise
- final interview
Specific preparation is not required, but we recommend that you address the following topics:
- English grammar and literal speech
- mathematics rule of three
- trigonometry
- percentage calculation
- geometry
- ATPL mainly operational content
You will receive a comprehensive introduction to the psychometric test procedures during the exam, and you will also have time to do some practice forehand of the respective measurement phase.
If you have ever heard of something like "Skytest" or "cut-e" and similar aptitude tests, then this what you may expect.
For the interview we are looking for a relaxed athmosphere, we would like you to be well prepared, have your logbook tidy, show us your passion for flying, be positive, self-confident without being over-confident, self reflecting and "properly dressed". We are seeking pilots in the role as first officers with the look into the future as airline captains...
We are conducting an assessment every week, preferably on Wednesday, occasionally on other days.
The APS-MCC course will start every week on Monday.
