The aeropanes I fly from Redhill with Cubair *(such as PA-28 G-BUIJ) generally show up on FR24. I shall find out whether we gave specific permission or they just appear because they can.
Appreciate that there are things like the plodicopter that won't show up (for obvious reasons) but I can't really think that some of the middle eastern airlines actually gave explicit permission to be shown.
