I used pilotaptitudetest. Com to prepare but as I haven't yet seen what the psychometrics will be like on the day I can't really say how much theyle help. Wings alliance have said though that they don't put much weight on them, and instead put more on the interview and our general persona.
I'll give an update after Friday letting you know a little about what to expect.
