One round my area has the large sign 'Caution Stool Bus' on the back.

Whilst some private boats have Elsans, others have what are called 'sea toilets' in which all waste exhausts into an on-board holding tank. If you operate them on inland waterways it is illegal to discharge in the river (boats have a vent and pump to do this but some river authorities insist on these vents being sealed closed) so many (but not all) marinas have 'pump out' facilities where you can moor and have your holding tank sucked out, but you have to do it yourself and pay for the privilege.
