It's no secret that CX has gone way down, but to prefer a US regional over CX, wow. Regionals....you work for a pittance. They treat you essentially as exploited cheap labour/slave labour. As bad as CX is now, I would not have thought they are worse than a US Regional. Guess I should rethink the sheer awfulness of CX, guess it's even worse than I thought.
