Typically it’s easier if the arrodrome has once been licenced but I work through the same headings as for AIP - AD entries looking at runway size , obstacles in the approach, general state of the manoeuvring area and obstacles off the taxiways etc, signage, lighting, noise abatement and escape options in the climb out.
Bottom line is would you let your ‘most precious’ be trained there?
