Hi, to give an short update to those called for a BQ with DHL,
For non TR it is slightly different from other Interpersonal screening.
The BQ is at the same time : psychometric tests (Really doable, nothing to do with DLR) and Sim screening on the same day.
Be sure to have a good ATPL knowledge when you go for it. It is probably the only test where it is not possible to have a bad result averaged with another better one.
The SIM : like for other Interpersonal screening : 45 min check ride in a PA34 simulator, the main focus is on basic instrument flying and to be able to have a good instruments scan.
You get immediate results and feedback.

I suggest you to train on skytest BQ, level 1 or 2.
And also to do some PC simulator session with whatever non glass cockpit aircraft.
You can train to quickly figure out the holding entry and wind correction with an app called "VOR Tracked" (there are plenty of them but I used that one)
Sleep well the night before !

Then if it is positive, you are called to go for a corporate qualification in Berlin.
Do you have any information about this part ? What to expect ?

Do you have a rough idea of how many pilots are needed at the moment ? Just to get an idea.
Thanks and good luck !
