Well by the sounds of it they might have to change the offer if they are losing that many pilots and the markets will always enforce that when the job market is in the pilots favour. In Europe I would not say it is as good as things in the US but is definitely getting a lot better.
LOT will not want a revolving door of pilots coming and going and having to shell out on all those type ratings, time required to train and upgrade people and just their general reputation as an employer.
So I suspect things will change there over the coming 12 to 24 months.
Just my 2 cents worth but outfits with terrible reputations are always forced to change eventually or die, look at RYR.
