A brief mention on the TV News of the Chinese Government's involvement in PNG Infrastructure funding showed the official opening of a 6 lane highway in Port Moresby. It was described by the reporter as a 'highway to nowhere!'
Anyone know just where it starts and goes?
It goes goes from Parliament House to Waigaini Drive. It's a little over a kilometer long. It looks kind of like a glorified driveway to Parliament House. It's not going to improve Moresby Traffic one iota ... unless you happen to be driving to Parliament House, and even then it only improves the last kilometer.
