Air Nogat is a State owned enterprise, means it is owned by the Government, run by many of the elected Government big men (even though they have no idea in any stretch on how an airline should be run). So Air Nogat is and is just a cash cow to be used by the Government when it needs money (see how many big 20 Mil cut out cheques have been presented as "dividends" over the last several years).
Been sometime since a Managing Director, or a CEO ran ANG. Maybe this new one has some big cojones, need them to take the job.....best of luck, hope it works...those there need someone to pull a rabbit out of the hat and keep them employed.
