+1 that most operators advertise for TR'ed crews
Unfortunately I was trying to get in, but nevertheless you have double thoughts about operators that prefer not to pay their pilots their initial training.
If they are cheap on that, will they keep maintenance standards high enough!?
Will they hire supporting services and enough staff or will it be a 24/7/365 thing?
So eventually some of us change our aim towards airlines.
