About as helpful as "there are mountains in France" or "thunderstorms have occurred" ....
Now an effort to be really helpful: dear topic-starter, what makes a route "interesting" to you? Nice scenery? Aviation museum? Good resto? Old city?
Some possible ideas could include Mont Sint Michel, Omaha Beach (both have a strip nearby, but they might well be limited to ultralights). Fly a bit longer and Reims comes within reach, champagne tasteries and the impressive cathedral. Colmar has very positive reviews but I never went there.
